- Meet with Traild for an activation session: A short call with your Traild account executive to walk through the solution in your Syspro environment.
- Onboarding and training: Traild’s onboarding team handles setup. Go-live is quick, thanks to the native Syspro integration.
- Go live. Start processing and approving invoices digitally, paperless from day one.
- Stay on track. Your account executive will be in touch as you approach your invoice credit limit to talk through what’s next.
FAQs
Who’s this offer for? New Traild customers only, activating as part of a new Syspro subscription. Existing Traild customers aren’t eligible for this offer.
Are the free invoice credits ongoing? No. The credits are a one-off allocation to help you get started, not a recurring monthly or annual benefit.
What happens once I’ve used my free invoices? Your Traild account executive will reach out as you approach your limit to talk through next steps such as moving to a paid Traild plan.
Is there anything to procure or budget for upfront? No. Traild is included as a $0 line item in Syspro subscription agreement, and the once-off invoice credits are free. Once your credits are used, a Traild account executive will get in touch to discuss moving onto a standard Traild subscription. Implementation is free if you sign before 31 December 2026.
