New Syspro ERP release helps manufacturers and distributors support FSMA 204 and EU Digital Product Passport Compliance
2 November, 2026 – Syspro, the industrial AI company for manufacturing and distribution, today announced general availability of the latest Syspro ERP release, anchored by Unified Product Traceability. The new framework gives manufacturers and distributors a single, auditable view of product data from raw material to finished goods, so teams can respond to audits, recalls and compliance reporting from one source. It includes support for FSMA 204 key data elements and EU Digital Product Passport requirements. The release also improves catch weight handling, sales order checks, contract pricing and mobile warehouse operations.
Whether a request comes from a regulator, an auditor or a customer, plant and quality teams need traceability data that lives in the ERP they already run on. FSMA 204 deadlines are approaching for food manufacturers, and Digital Product Passport rules are extending to more industries. Unified Product Traceability captures, stores and reports that data across the product lifecycle, with support for FSMA 204 key data elements and EU Digital Product Passport requirements.
For quality and compliance teams, that means a recall or audit request that once took days of pulling records across multiple systems can be answered from data already captured on the plant floor.

Costing that reflects actual weight. For meat, poultry, chemicals, metals, textiles and other variable-weight materials, the weight on the label rarely matches the purchase order. Syspro ERP now captures actual weight at job issue, job receipt and purchase order receipt, so yield variance and job costing reflect what was produced and received, not a planned quantity.
Orders checked before they ship. Sales orders can now be created in Draft status, letting the rules engine in Syspro Torque, Syspro’s industrial AI platform, check header and line-level errors and warnings before an order goes active. Orders with unresolved errors cannot proceed, and orders with warnings need captured approval. A new Draft Order Review program gives teams one place to search, filter and fix flagged orders before they reach the warehouse. The result is fewer pricing disputes, fewer credit holds found after the fact and fewer calls asking why an order didn’t ship.
Contract pricing with room for exceptions. Businesses that limit customers to their contracted products can now exempt individual customers without relaxing the rule for anyone else. Exceptions stay visible to the order team.
