Syspro is moving to a subscription-only model. Annual Licence Fees will no longer be available for new or existing customers. Existing contracts will transition to subscription agreements, with existing ALF investment credited toward the transition.

This is a commercial and licensing change, not a technical one. Existing deployments, configurations, integrations, and data remain exactly as they are. There is no cloud migration.

From the point of transition, every customer receives full product entitlement across all Syspro modules, access to Syspro’s growing AI capabilities for production, supply chain, and sales operations, Syspro Insights for real-time operational visibility, and named-user licensing that scales predictably with the business. All included as standard.

Subscription also changes the nature of the relationship. Syspro’s customer success and support model is built around proactive engagement. Not just resolving issues but ensuring customers are getting measurable value from the platform on an ongoing basis. The goal is a relationship where trust is earned continuously.
