Description

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for selling and building relationships in a defined territory for set of SYSPRO strategic accounts. This role is responsible for growing new business within an existing set of accounts. The account manager will employ a strategy of cross selling and upselling with direct accounts as well as partner managed accounts.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for ensuring that SYSPRO USA forms and leverages relationships with partners to drive growth and customer retention. Generate new business through building a reseller and referral partner network.

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying sister or child accounts related to current customers

Corporate Support

Description

The Software Support Analyst is responsible to evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve reported queries (“events”) with the assistance of occasional oversight / coaching from a more senior team member.  This includes liaising with the software development team and SYSPRO Regional Offices based on an event. The focus is on service delivery and ensuring that information sharing regarding event resolution takes place at a regional level. The role comprises support in response to issues pertaining to the various modules and programs within the SYSPRO core product.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Requires an NQF 4 level of education
  • A PPIM or CPIM would be advantageous
  • 3 + years’ experience in ERP and software design, testing, and/or troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve reported faults (“events”) with the assistance of occasional oversight / coaching from a more senior team member.
  • Interact with the software development team, customer services administrator, regionals offices and the Support Manager when assistance is required on events.
  • Ensure that as an individual and department that the supports services team resolve events in times that either exceed or fall within those stipulated in the OLA.
  • To perform root cause analysis on events, so that this information can then be brought to the attention of the development teams for improvement.

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with SYSPRO USA ISVs and Channel Partners in the deployment and execution of marketing programs with the goal of enabling our channel partners to effectively sell and market SYSPRO. The person in this role strives to generate demand for the channel and the channel sales team through marketing campaigns and digital initiatives. This role enables growth for both prospective partners and existing channel resources (partner and ISV).

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 + years of B2B technology marketing experience required, preferably with a Cloud or SaaS solution, with a clear understanding of B2B complex sales cycles and funnel methodology. Business Software or manufacturing and distribution experience is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing, specifically with a focus on channel partners.
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with milestones, dependencies, and tight deadlines, using project management tools.

The Field Validation Manager is responsible for maintaining the organization's effective product delivery by defining and delivering real world product field validation projects on product prior to release and the review of existing solutions in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • To facilitate the creation of production monitoring from development and run such systems to monitor and report on field applicability.

SYSPRO Canada is looking for a Customer Support Analyst who will provide expert support for a complex ERP application while elevating customer experience from good to great every step of the way. As part of the Support Team, you will gain skills and experience that will open you up to key opportunities for future growth within our organization.

SYSPRO Canada has offices in Burnaby, British Columbia, and Mississauga, Ontario, but we’re open to filling this position remotely for any candidate across Canada.

Your day-to-day:

Customer Support (80%)

  • Respond to customer support questions or issues through our multi-channel helpdesk (phone, email, customer portal) in a timely and professional manner
  • Practice common troubleshooting methodology to resolve technical issues
  • Research and test solutions in your sandbox environment before scheduling time with a customer to implement the fix in their environment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments as needed to best serve our customers
  • Document all customer contact and troubleshooting for future reference
  • Helpdesk management including monitoring a ticket queue, submitting bug reports, and submitting feature enhancement requests

Projects (20%)
