It supplies branded goods from the likes of Jamie Oliver, Disney and BOSH! to customers throughout the UK. Fiddes Payne also supplies the wholesale retail market and an increasing number of export markets.

The vision was for Syspro to connect manufacturing, distribution and finance into one integrated system that rectified all the inefficiencies Fiddes Payne was experiencing and actively improved elements like billing and customer service. This required constant engagement, support and onsite staff training.
 
Syspro gradually replaced all legacy systems, providing a centralized location for all data and reports. Duplicate entries were entirely eliminated by moving from spreadsheets and documents into the new ERP model. The sales team now has the visibility it needs to connect customer queries with relevant data instantly, enabling a faster, more effective service.
 
The need to order stock was also eliminated, dramatically reducing overheads in the stock and procurement side of the business. Staff can now seamlessly log calls and queries from customers, track product movements, extract and analyze information and make better business decisions. The ability to extract and manipulate data quickly helped Fiddes Payne reduce its stock investment by more than £500,000.
 
The solution is now fully integrated into the daily operation at Fiddes Payne and is managed primarily by the in-house IT department along with ongoing support from Syspro. As well as reducing stock investment, order fulfilment is now averaging 97.5%, a tangible improvement on where the business was prior to implementing Syspro.
