From a small company running one mine, Blue Mining Services grew into a substantial operation with three mines and five subsidiaries. With its inventory system and receiving process being run on Excel, Blue Mining needed to migrate to an ERP solution that would deliver efficiencies and had the capacity to keep pace with its growth.
