According to Paulo de Matos, Chief Product Officer at SYSPRO, the new Espresso Xpress Cart app is a natural design enhancement flowing from the trend of the consumerization of IT. With its sales order and purchasing format designed to reflect other purchasing platforms like Amazon, Espresso Xpress Cart empowers users with intuitive functionality and ease of use, geared to improve the sales ordering process by fostering greater mobility and enhancing the customer ordering experience.
This new app now available in the SYSPRO Espresso mobile offering mimics a digital shopping cart and is able to be customised according to user preferences – for example, grid versus card view and by adding images of stock items.
The Xpress Cart can also be used to conduct direct comparisons, where differences are highlighted in red; stock codes can be categorized into buckets based on various criteria, such as unit of measure, product class or product group.
