Purpose:

The Consultant: Developer is responsible for developing e.net applications to provide efficient and practical solutions that are easy to operate without compromising the company’s development standards. Purpose:

The CRM Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the CRM system by ensuring that the Dev, UAT and Production environments have the same configuration, ensuring that solutions behave the same way when deployed from one environment to the next.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

CRM Administration:

  • Designing, configuring and debugging CRM environments, configurations and solutions.
  • Maintenance, access and security administration.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, reporting, escalating and managing Consulting Project activities, resources (people and costs), risks and change control processes.

Project Planning

Purpose:

The Senior Channel Business Developer, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners and identify potential partners and on-board new channel partners.  Drives channel partners to achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.  They are responsible for the on-ground channel model implementation.

The Services Manager is responsible for service efficiency by providing leadership, facilitation and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

A key focus for the Service Manager will be the utilization of agreed methodologies (IDEAL) to ensure the required prioritization is achieved through the planning, design, and execution processes to advance the productivity and efficiency within teams and across the organization ensuring successful implementations.

Another focus will be to achieve service efficiency through process optimization, implementation of a standardised toolset, and service quality management. The emphasis is placed on solution health and proactive intervention to assist customers get the most out of their technology investments.

Purpose:

The Tester is responsible for evaluating software programs according to the SYPRO Test Methodology and reporting any problems that arise. The incumbent will prepare and run a series of planned tests on new as well as existing software programs. The purposes of these tests will be to evaluate the results prior to release.  The primary objective is to ensure the quality of the product.

Performance Level:

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Operational

  • Manage personal Errtrk Inbox to ensure that errors are dealt with timeously.
  • Manage and update personal scrum box for the scheduling of allocated error and project work and ensure that a Sprint is created using the appropriate tool, that Tasks for the next Sprint are captured before the Sprint starts, running the Scrum (daily ‘stand-up’) and to review the end of Sprint.

  • Maintain / fixing any code that breaks in any in-house application.
  • Document the development work done.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Desktop and Web applications.
  • Maintain script used across the entire platform.
  • Provide support to users at all times.

 

Governance

  • Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures.
  • Ensure accurate reporting in accordance with set procedures.
  • Complete work according to given time table.

Education and qualification:

  • National Diploma or NQF 5 equivalent
  • MCAD or equivalent
  • Developing ASP.NET MVC 4 Web
  • Developing Windows Azure and Web Services
  • Essentials of Developing Windows Store Apps Using C#
  • Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3

Experience:

At least 2 years working experience with the below technologies:

  • NET MVC
  • HTML 5 (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS)
  • SQL
  • Windows Communication Foundation(WCF)
  • C#
  • Entity Framework – Not required but beneficial
  • Visual Studio 2013 / 2015
  • Team Foundation Server
  • XML

Location: SYSPRO Head Office Sunninghill

Travelling: Not required

Office hours: As determined by client and/or project commitments. Extended work hours from time to time.
