• SYSPRO is responsible for both your hardware and software requirements and maintenance
• The software is licensed on a monthly basis for a defined period of time
• Any upgrades are handled by SYSPRO and these are included in the monthly subscription fee
• There are no upfront IT capital costs, no annual maintenance costs and no upgrade costs
• There is a monthly subscription fee based on the number of users of the software
• You access the SYSPRO ERP via the Internet
• You can easily add new users and new sites whenever and wherever needed
• You can upgrade to the latest version of SYSPRO when you are ready
