SYSPRO Exclusive ERP Provider Honored in Category "Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year"
COSTA MESA, Calif. – November 22, 2013 – SYSPRO, a provider of best-of-breed, award-winning enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for on-premise and cloud-based utilization, announced today that SYSPRO has been named a Silver winner in the "Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year" category in the Best in Biz Awards, the only independent business awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts.
SYSPRO, which enjoys one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry, was selected for outstanding customer service. The third annual Best in Biz Awards program, focusing on companies based or operating in North America, was the most competitive in its history, with the highest number of awards submissions to date and the most distinguished judging panel yet assembled.
