Terms and Conditions
SYSPRO Business Solutions (SBS) often provides product quotations and services proposals upon request from customers informally via e-mail. When quotations / proposals are provided in e-mail format the following general terms and conditions will apply.
SBS quotations / proposals are valid for a period of 60 days from transmission. All prices quoted are offered in confidence, for your information only, and are subject to change if an order is received by SBS beyond the 60 day quote period. All quotations / proposals provided are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
A 25% deposit on product(s) ordered is required at the time of processing each customer order. The 75% balance on products ordered is due at the time of installation. Installation is defined as the point in time when SBS loads or installs the product(s) onto a designated computer, and demonstrates that the hardware and software together are in working order. This is normally accomplished on the first day of arriving on site for the installation visit.
Professional Services are offered to assist in planning and managing installation projects, consulting on business improvement, training, and related support services. Professional Services are billable at our rates in effect at the time the services are delivered and are invoiced monthly. As a special service to customers and subject to staff availability, Professional Services work can be scheduled for a holiday, a weekend (after 5 PM Friday), or late into an evening (after 7 PM and before 7 AM). In such cases our professional service fee will be charged at time plus one-half (150%). Reasonable travel & living expenses directly incurred are billed at cost.
SBS will provide a formal written quotation / proposal for product(s) and professional services for projects considered to be of significant magnitude or complexity. Whenever a formal written quotation / proposal has been provided by SBS the terms and conditions therein shall govern.
If you have any questions or concerns with these general terms and conditions please feel free to contact your SBS representative for clarification.
